Leadership Flexibility and Adaptation for Hybrid Working
This Henley Centre for Leadership webinar will focus on managers and how they can be flexible and adapt their style in the new, complex, and fast operating environment. Often sessions look at the bigger picture and helicopter view on hybrid working.
This webinar will instead put centre stage what it actually means for managers and organisations to act flexible and be adaptive as part of their core behaviour.
