Sue Ells
Sue Ells has worked as a management consultant for more than 20 years, including 3 years in a ‘big 5’ consultancy. Sue specialises in transformation, change management, leadership and organisational development, all shaped to deliver business targets.
She’s run change programmes and advised on mergers and acquisitions in the UK, Europe, US and Asia for both FTSE 100 companies and public sector organisations. Sue has also spent 7 years as a Non-Executive Director and has significant experience of corporate governance at board level.
From boardroom to shop floor, from chairs and chief executive to manual operatives, for change projects which cover just 1 person or up to 87,000 people, with budgets of hundreds of thousands or zero, Sue has shaped and delivered a wide range of successful change programmes.
