Mandy Bromley
Mandy is an Organisational & Leadership Development professional with over 20 years’ global experience with multi-nationals Cadbury Schweppes & Unilever, where her work encompassed major change initiatives; organisation design, team and leadership development and talent management.
She now runs her own consultancy where her focus is on helping organisations, teams and individuals reach their highest potential.
She has a Doctorate from Henley; where her research was into working with complexity across team boundaries; a key consideration when embedding new organisational structures and an M.Sc. in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge. Mandy is an APEC accredited Coach and has a Masters in Psychological Coaching from Metanoia Institute. She is adjunct faculty at Henley Business School on their Masters in Leadership programme.
