Mandy is an Organisational & Leadership Development professional with over 20 years’ global experience with multi-nationals Cadbury Schweppes & Unilever, where her work encompassed major change initiatives; organisation design, team and leadership development and talent management. She now runs her own consultancy where her focus is on helping organisations, teams and individuals reach their highest potential.
She has a Doctorate from Henley; where her research was into working with complexity across team boundaries; a key consideration when embedding new organisational structures and an M.Sc. in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge. Mandy is an APEC accredited Coach and has a Masters in Psychological Coaching from Metanoia Institute. She is adjunct faculty at Henley Business School on their Masters in Leadership programme
Sue Ells has worked as a management consultant for more than 20 years, including 3 years in a ‘big 5’ consultancy. Sue specialises in transformation, change management, leadership and organisational development, all shaped to deliver business targets.
She’s run change programmes and advised on mergers and acquisitions in the UK, Europe, US and Asia for both FTSE 100 companies and public sector organisations. Sue has also spent 7 years as a Non-Executive Director and has significant experience of corporate governance at board level.
From boardroom to shop floor, from chairs and chief executive to manual operatives, for change projects which cover just 1 person or up to 87,000 people, with budgets of hundreds of thousands or zero, Sue has shaped and delivered a wide range of successful change programmes.
Christine Lloyd has had an international career, holding Senior Executive and Board level roles in ICI, Shell, Nokia, Cancer Research UK and UNICEF. Her roles have spanned numerous functions including Strategy, Technology and HR and have involved living and working around the world. Christine’s focus in these roles has been on strategic transformations, implementing change from a number of perspectives to improve organisational effectiveness, impact and results.
Christine adopts a business driven approach in her work, helping organisations to develop the strategy, organisation design, people and culture for success – whilst embedding appropriate values, ethics and behaviours. Her personal style is one of inclusion, based on collaborative, networking principles.
